I was having trouble with a blocked ear due to excessive wax buildup about a week ago. Couldn't get an appointment at another clinic that was much closer to home, which is when I found them on Google. The person (sadly, I don't remember her name now) who answered the phone was able to give me an appointment for ear wax removal within the hour upon my request and gave clear directions to get to their location. When I got there, she clearly explained how she was going to perform the procedure and kept making sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was very friendly throughout and also gave some tips on how to keep my ears clean to avoid such heavy buildup in the future. At the end, I was glad I could hear properly again. That day, I was the first patient to arrive, and everyone was very friendly. Memori, a member of the staff, was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great experience for my 85 year old mother who was very nervous and uptight. From the moment we booked the appointment, to the meet and greet by Juliet, and then the very personal and gentle care of Andre, I could not ask for better care and service for my mother.
