What Is A Great Conversation Worth?
I had a conversation with someone last week about what a great conversation is worth. We chatted quite a bit about this and I figured it was an interesting topic to talk about today.
As we all know, there are some conversations which are less valuable, but then there are others that are of the highest value.
Here is the question: how do we know when a high-value conversation is going to happen? The simple answer is that we don’t know when this can happen. Many of our conversations are often predictable especially if there is a routine, but sometimes great dialogues are spontaneous and unpredictable.
Relationships are more difficult and great conversations are potentially avoided when someone with hearing loss is not taking action to help themselves hear their best.
A great conversation is worth everything when it happens and it is worth it to take all efforts in making it as easy as possible to do.
I regularly say, the best hearing aids are the ones you forget are there, but that comes with user experience and a whole lot of time wearing the hearing aids. My thought is that people who don’t regularly wear their hearing aids daily are missing out because life happens quickly and spontaneously.
At Hearing Aid Source, we work to ensure when we fit someone with hearing aids or are seeing someone who already has hearing aids, we explain the importance of wearing their hearing aid on a full-time basis and not “once a week when they go out”.
I would like to invite my blog readers to have a free hearing assessment and trial with hearing aids if they don’t already have a set, or for those who already have a set of hearing aids, free cleaning and checkup of their hearing aids to make sure they are optimized for them. I want people to take action and so I am making this offer to all the listeners until the end of November 2022.
When you call to book your appointment, say you want the Blog Special and we will take care of the rest. Our office numbers are 416-463-4327 (Coxwell Ave. Office) or 416-754-4327 (Parkway Mall Office).
We look forward to seeing you.
